Hi, I’m Allan Smith, founder and owner of Skyline. Over time, I’ve realized that a real estate transaction has less to do with a buyer and seller and everything to do with a person’s desired lifestyle. It’s just a piece of the journey they are on to get what they desire, and for every desire or goal there’s a different journey! Since 2016, our team has continued to grow and innovate ways to help sellers reach those goals with a custom approach and a heart of integrity. We drop everything to listen to a seller’s story and understand what helps them the most. We believe that education plays an important role in any decision as big as selling a house, so we offer information freely on our website and in calls and meetings.

Today, we own a humble 30 rental units and purchase dozens of properties to flip, rent, or build. Our team includes dozens of vendors that make our promises a reality!

I enjoy running and growing a business immensely, but when I have the time, I love to stay active playing basketball, volleyball, and others. I tend to enjoy “board” hobbies like snowboarding, wakeboarding, and longboarding. I try to pick up a book once a day as I’m addicted to learning. People would probably say my wife and I are young at heart as we like to take vacations that are more adventure-related than relaxing!
